Hey, you. Who have storm going on in their mind of overthinking, who feels their heart race for no reason, who just wonders if they’ll ever feel truly okay or not. I know you’re tired.

Not just physically, but mentally also and in some ways that are hard to explain—like your mind is constantly running, searching for something to hold onto, for certainty, for peace. Maybe you feel like your chest is tight, your breath shallow, and there is just pitch-black darkness.

Let me tell you something: you are not broken. You are not weak. And you are not alone. The sensations in your stomach are intense, the voices in your head are loud but they are not the truth.

Anxiety forces you into the worst-case scenarios, makes you doubt yourself, and convinces you that you're stuck and there is no way out. But here’s is the truth you need to know—you are bigger than your anxiety.

Your anxious thoughts are just that—thoughts. They are not prophecies. They are not facts. They might feel true to you in the moment, but they are just like clouds passing in the sky that do not remain forever; they will pass.

You don’t have to have all the answers right now. You don’t have to “fix” everything overnight. Just breathe. One step, one moment, one breath at a time.

This was all me when I was struggling with severe anxiety and depression but some good souls helped me and gave me this lesson that may sound so simple but is really effective that one step, one moment at a time.

One of the powerful techniques I used was to find something that actually reflects life. I started praying and writing poetry. I wrote poems to express my inner buried feelings. It felt like shouting in the woods alone, the emotional baggage, the pain, the frustration release, gave me a little bit of relief. Here are few lines from one of the poems I wrote-- “O lord darkness is taking over, the light is fading away Please ignite the candle of hope, faith in my heart.

O lord please send the rain of your holy naam(name) that give ardor to spirit that washes away all sorrows”.

So I would like to recommend you to find something that can help you in this time , I know its really hard and not the time when you like to do anything even get out of bed but trust me if you keep doing that it will going to make thing even more worse for you.

I know sometimes it might feel frustrating to her same generic advice from everyone “you will be fine”, “you are not alone” or “just try to breath” but let me tell you you don’t have to force these things on you, accept them when you are ready.

I can understand maybe now it feels like it will never be over and you have hard time seeing light at the end of the tunnel, but trust me there is light at the end of the tunnel, this will pass it has to pass because you are the most precious creation of almighty and sometimes there are battles which we cannot see, you can trust this because this is coming from someone who have dealt with worst level of anxiety and depression, you have to keep reminding yourself that, You are still here, still breathing, still trying, even when it feels impossible.

That is strength. That is courage. That is proof that you are capable of handling more than your anxiety wants you to believe. So when your mind spins and your heart races, remember this: You are not alone. You are not broken. You are worthy of peace, love, and rest.

And if today is hard, that’s okay. Just focus on the next step, no matter how small. Even the tiniest step forward is still forward. And there is still someone who believes in you, who loves you, who cares for you. 💙
